I am an aging woman, mom, and certified nutrition coach who has worked in the health & fitness industry for over 25 years.
I hold a certification through Precision Nutrition. I am also a certified running coach with the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy. As well as a Metabolic Flexibility Coach with Lumen.
Just a few years ago, facing symptoms of peri-menopause, I decided to make a visit to my doctor where I learned that I was pre-diabetic and insulin-resistant, despite my very healthy lifestyle. Additionally, the appearance of excess body fat, fatigue, and the inability to sustain energy, led me to seek out healthy alternatives to getting my body back on track. My personal research revealed that my symptoms were due to the hormonal changes occurring in my body.
For the past few years, I have been researching, studying, experimenting, and implementing what I have learned about Intermittent Fasting and have seen great success in my own personal health. My pre-diabetic state has been reversed, my body is no longer insulin resistant, my thyroid levels are back in good shape, and I feel better than ever. My desire is to share what I have learned through this process and help other women who are going through the same stage in life.
My Intermittent Fasting for Today's Aging Woman course has helped thousands of women from all over the world return to looking and feeling their best while managing menopause.
I started this community a few years ago to share my journey publicly in hopes of helping women who were suffering through the same hormonal changes as me. What we have today is a community of thousands experiencing success with intermittent fasting.
I believe every woman, despite her age, should have the opportunity to LOOK and FEEL her best and LIVE her most AUTHENTIC Life. And the women in this community are doing just that.
